Momofuku Milk Bar is a small bakery with a big reputation, thanks to David Chang - Chef and Owner of the
Momofuku conglomerate. It surely is not your typical bakery . Take the Compost Cookie (shown above) for example which is prepackaged with the kitchen sink of random ingredients such as pretzels, potato chips, coffee, oats, butterscotch and chocolate chips. Yum!
